Premium kitchen & bath remodeling for the Texas Hill Country
We measure the room, price the whole scope, and hand you one number that does not move. The person who walks your house is the person who owns your project.
through our partners
Fixed price, in writing
A 30-minute walkthrough, then one number covering the whole scope. Not a range that grows.
You meet the owner
No commission salespeople. The person who prices your job is accountable for it.
10-year workmanship warranty
Provided by our home service partners, on top of each manufacturer’s product warranty.
Real waterproofing
Schluter or Wedi membrane at pans and wet walls. Backer board is not waterproofing.
Two rooms, done properly.
Kitchens and baths touch more trades per square foot than anything else in a house. We only do these two, which is why our scopes are itemized and our schedules hold.

Kitchen Remodeling
Refresh, standard rebuild, or full custom. Most Hill Country kitchens we build land around $32,000 and finish in 10 to 21 working days.
$18.5k – $68k depending on scope
Bathroom Remodeling
Three clear tiers: Refresh, Full Build, and Spa Build. Every wet wall gets a real waterproofing membrane and a humidity-sensing fan.
$8k – $26k Refresh through Spa BuildFour things that decide whether a remodel goes well.
A fixed price, not a moving range
We spend 30 minutes in your house, measure the room, look at what is behind the access panel, and check the panel and the water. Then you get one written number covering the whole scope within 24 hours. If we find something genuinely hidden, we tell you before we touch it — we do not discover it after your deposit clears.
The person pricing it owns it
There are no commission salespeople here. Every walkthrough is done by the project owner, which is the only arrangement where the person promising the schedule is the person who has to hold it. You get their number, not a call centre.
The work behind the wall is the work
Anyone can install a nice tile. What determines whether your bathroom is fine in ten years is the waterproofing membrane, the slope of the pan, whether the fan is ducted to the exterior instead of the attic, and whether the valve body tolerates hard water. That is where our scopes are specific and most bids are vague.
Written warranty, named allowances
10-year workmanship warranty through our home service partners, on top of the manufacturer warranty on every product installed. Allowance amounts for tile, counters, and fixtures are named in the contract in dollars, so you can see exactly where a selection upgrade costs money and where it does not.
We work where the houses are getting old enough to need us.
Comal County is one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States. But growth alone does not create remodeling work — new houses do not need remodeling. What creates it is 31,568 homes built before 2000, now reaching the end of their first finish cycle.
The frontier and the gateway
North of San Antonio, Bulverde and Spring Branch are the residential frontier: large-lot family homes, 91.7% owner-occupied, median value $420,200, and a median home built in 1996. Long-tenure owners with original kitchens and baths.
Along I-35, Schertz, Cibolo, and Universal City form the strategic gateway between San Antonio and New Braunfels. Universal City has the oldest housing stock we serve — a median home built in 1984, with 72.6% of homes predating 2000.
Where our numbers come from
Every figure on this site carries its source and its vintage, and links to the original. They are US Census Bureau QuickFacts and American Community Survey tables, plus named industry reports for construction pipeline data.
We do this because contractor marketing in fast-growing markets is full of impressive statistics that fall apart when you check them. If we will not stand behind a number about your county, you should not trust our number for your kitchen.
See all service areasFour markets, four different jobs.
A 1984 house in Universal City and a 2015 house in New Braunfels need almost nothing in common from a remodeler. Here is how we think about each.

Bulverde
The residential frontier — high-value homes now aging past their first finish cycle.

New Braunfels
The fifth fastest-growing city in America — and a housing stock splitting in two.

Schertz
The I-35 strategic gateway — steady growth, and 618 new units next door.
45,978 · Schertz residents →

Published tiers, not a “request pricing” form. These are Hill Country ranges for a typical room. The calculator scales them to your square footage, material grade, and what we expect to find when the walls open.

Call or book online
You pick a 30-minute window that works. We confirm by phone — a real person, usually the owner.
The 30-minute walkthrough
We measure the room, photograph what matters, check the panel, the water pressure, and what is behind the access panel. We ask what you actually want changed and what you can live with.
Written fixed price
One number for the whole scope, itemized, with named allowance amounts for tile, counters, and fixtures. Not a range. Not a “starting at”.
Selections and schedule
We lock selections and lead times before anyone swings a hammer, because a cabinet that arrives in week three is the single most common cause of a blown schedule.
Build
One crew, one point of contact, a written schedule with the gating items named. Dust control and a working temporary kitchen where plumbing allows.
Walkthrough and warranty
We walk it with you, fix the punch list, and hand over the 10-year workmanship warranty and every manufacturer registration.
Bright, airy, and built for hard water.
Crisp whites, light oak, and honed stone read clean in Hill Country light. They also hide mineral spotting better than dark gloss, which matters at 15 to 25 grains per gallon.
Photography on this site is illustrative of the specifications and finish levels described, not a portfolio of completed local projects. Real project photos replace these as jobs complete.
